Trust & credibility

Two years inside the contractor market. Real numbers, labeled honestly.

We started with painting and coating contractors and built a site-plus-follow-up system around how homeowners actually choose. Now we apply it to fence and deck companies only. These are results our painting clients reported to us.

2+ yrs
In the contractor market

Building websites and lead systems for established trades businesses, not startups.

Results are client-reported and reflect each contractor’s own circumstances. Individual results vary. We have not yet published fence or deck case studies, and we will not pass off painting results as fence or deck results.

What’s costing you jobs

Seven leaks we find again and again.

Fence and deck work is a considered purchase. Homeowners shop, compare and wait. These are where the estimates go.

Homeowners compare three or four quotes

If your site and profile don’t show proof fast, they move on to the next name on the list.

Thin galleries, weak trust signals

A few small photos and no project context don’t sell a $9,000 deck or a 300-foot fence.

A site that looks fine but doesn’t convert

No clear next step, a slow phone experience, and a long form nobody finishes.

Paid leads that cost too much

Shared lead services send the same inquiry to several companies. You pay, then race.

Missed calls and slow replies

You’re on a ladder when the call comes in. The first company to respond often gets the estimate.

Weak Google Maps visibility

When someone searches “fence company near me,” you need to be in the map results, not buried.

No idea which marketing works

Without lead tracking, you can’t tell which ads, searches or pages sent the estimates that sold.

The marketing system

Follow one lead from search to booked estimate.

Scroll. This is the path a homeowner takes through the system we build. If any step is weak, the rest suffer.

01

They search

A homeowner looks up “fence company near me” or sees your project in their feed. Local search and ads put you in front of people ready to get a quote.

02

Your site earns trust

Real project photos, reviews and one clear way to ask for an estimate. This is where the comparison with three other companies is won or lost.

03

They reach out in one tap

A short form, a click-to-call button or a chat message. No long forms, no hunting for a phone number.

04

They get a reply in seconds

Missed the call because you’re on a ladder? An instant text-back keeps the lead warm until you can talk.

05

The estimate gets booked

They pick a time that works. Reminders cut no-shows, and you arrive knowing what they want.

06

You see what worked

Every lead carries its source into the pipeline, so you can see which search, ad or page sent the estimates that sold.

Try it

What is slow follow-up costing you?

Move the sliders to your own numbers. It’s simple math, not a forecast, and it shows the revenue sitting in leads that got a slow or no reply.

Revenue in slow-reply leads, per month
$0
Leads answered late or never0
Jobs you’d win at your close rate0
Per year$0

An upper-end estimate. Real close rates on cooled leads are usually lower, so treat it as the size of the opportunity, not a promise.

Fence & deck specialization

We only do two trades. That’s the point.

Fence and deck buyers behave differently, so we build for each. Same system, different projects, different search terms and different proof.

Our process

Three phases. You always know what’s next.

  1. Research & Strategy

We audit your site, Google profile, ads and lead follow-up, then map your services, service area and what you do better than the competition.

  2. Design & Build

We build the website and connect the lead capture, CRM and follow-up so every inquiry has a home and a response.

  3. Launch & Optimize

We launch, test every form and call path, then use real lead data to keep improving what homeowners see and do.

Straight answers

Before you book a call.

Short, honest answers to what contractors ask us first.

Do you only work with fence and deck contractors?

Yes. That’s the whole focus. Our earlier clients were painting and coating contractors, and that experience shapes the system, but new work is fence and deck only.

Is this just a website?

No. The website is the trust layer. Depending on what you need, we connect local search, ads, lead capture, follow-up, booking and reporting so they work together.

Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We’ll tell you what we expect to improve and how we’ll measure it, but rankings and sales depend on your market, your crews and your capacity.

Will this work with the tools I already use?

Often yes. We’ll look at your current CRM, phone setup and quoting process on the call and tell you what to keep and what to replace.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need: a website alone, local search, ads, or the full system. We give you a clear scope and price after the strategy call, not before we understand your business.

I already have a marketing company. Is this worth a call?

Often it is. We’ll review what you have for free and tell you honestly where it’s strong and where it’s leaking leads. You decide what to do with that.

Next step

Let’s look at your leads.

30 minutes. We review your website, Google profile and follow-up, then tell you what we would fix first. No pressure, no contract on the call.

We only use this to reply to you. Privacy.
